The Beth Johnson Foundation (BJF) has been based in Hartshill, Stoke‑on‑Trent since 1972. We focus on improving health and wellbeing as people age, delivering programmes that help individuals manage, learn, and grow through vulnerable periods, while increasing their opportunities, engagement, and choices.
We are looking for a volunteer with administration experience and interest to support the Foundation over the coming months.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the CEO with administration as the Foundation works to secure vital funding
Helping to organise meetings at Parkfield House
Supporting and taking part in events to raise awareness of the Foundation
Assisting with reception duties, including welcoming visitors
Who We’re Looking For
Someone with good communication skills
A friendly and welcoming approach when meeting people
An awareness and some knowledge of the local community
Experience or interest in administrative work
