Trustee Opportunity – Windmills
Help Shape the Future of Bereavement Support for Children and Young People in Staffordshire
Windmills is a young, dynamic charity providing expert one‑to‑one bereavement support for children and young people when a loved one has a terminal diagnosis or dies suddenly. Our specialist nurses support children through anticipated grief, help them create strong and loving memories, and guide them towards a positive path through incredibly difficult times.
Our team is often the first to gently share the reality of a loved one’s diagnosis. We deliver specialist memory‑making therapies and direct support not provided by any other acute bereavement service in Staffordshire.
Like a windmill, we turn the force of grief into a source of strength and positivity.
