Collection Box Coordinator – Staffordshire
We’re looking for friendly, organised volunteers to help coordinate a network of collection tins and daffodil boxes across local communities in Staffordshire.
This flexible role helps support fundraising by keeping donation points active, organised, and well looked after.
What’s Involved
Placing and emptying collection tins in local pubs, shops, and other busy venues
Identifying new venues and asking if they would like to host a tin or daffodil box
Getting site permission forms signed and sharing them with the fundraising team
Coordinating daffodil box placements during the Great Daffodil Appeal (February–April)
Keeping your community fundraiser informed of active collection sites
Counting and banking donations
Completing basic paperwork
Thanking venues for their support

Around 2–3 hours per month, depending on how many tins you manage
