Description:We're looking for adult volunteers (18+) to join our RAF Air Cadet squadrons and help support and inspire young people through fun, adventure, and personal development.You don't need any military background, experience with young people, or specialist skills — just patience, reliability, and a willingness to get involved. What's involved?Supporting cadet activities like fieldcraft, aviation, and community eventsCommitting around 12 hours a month (flexible around work/family life)Helping young people build confidence and skillsTaking part in training (all provided)Option to progress into leadership roles (as an Officer or SNCO) What we're looking for:Aged 18 or overLived in the UK for at least 3 yearsGood communicator and team playerReasonably fit (no need to be an athlete!)Kind, responsible, and supportive with young people What you don't need:Military experienceYouth work experienceFlying or gliding skills
