Help Raise the Next Generation of Assistance Dogs
Would you like to support the future of assistance dogs by welcoming one of our special canine mums into your home?
Canine Partners is looking for dedicated volunteers to provide loving, long‑term homes for our Broods — female dogs who will have up to four litters of future assistance puppies.
What’s Involved
A brood will live with you full-time from around 14–18 months of age until retirement (after up to four litters)
You will provide daily care, basic training, and attend regular training sessions and veterinary visits
Each brood will have one litter per year, starting at around two years old
Puppies are born and raised in your home until they are approximately eight weeks old
You’ll be fully supported by our breeding team every step of the way
All equipment, training, and support are provided
