About the Role
As a Family Support Volunteer, you will play a vital role in helping families build confidence, access support, and improve outcomes for their children.
Key Responsibilities
Support children and young people to access play and leisure activities within the community
Assist parents and carers in accessing local services and resources
Help parents understand their children’s developmental needs
Provide guidance on basic budgeting skills
Encourage families to become more involved in their children’s education and learning
Support the emotional wellbeing of children and families
