We firmly believe that by engaging individuals who possess managerial expertise and a genuine commitment to empowering youth, we can enhance our ability to effect positive change.Collab Training Academy CIC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager to join our team as a volunteer. As a non-profit organisation focused on empowering individuals through digital marketing training, we are looking for someone passionate about our mission to support us in driving our programs forward.Volunteering offers numerous benefits to individuals, including opportunities for gaining experience, training, a sense of fulfilment, participation in engaging events, and much more. Responsibilities:Provide strategic guidance and support in the development and implementation of our employability initiatives.Collaborate with the team to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities.Offer expertise and guidance in program evaluation and impact assessment.Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies.Contribute to the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers.Engage with stakeholders and represent the organisation at relevant events or meetings.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in youth and employability .Collaborating with the CEO to align operational activities with the organisation's goals. Qualifications:Proven experience in management, preferably in a leadership role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/virtual setting.Experience working with nonprofit organisations or in a volunteer capacity is a plus.Passion for empowering individuals through education, training and personal development.
