About the Role
The NSPCC is looking for enthusiastic, approachable and fun-loving volunteers to support fundraising events. This flexible role allows you to volunteer on an ‘as and when’ basis, helping to raise vital funds while promoting a positive image of the NSPCC within local communities.

What You'll Do
You will help organise and support fundraising events, which may include planning and delivering local activities or assisting at existing events. This could involve selling raffle tickets at events such as Black-Tie Balls or Ladies Lunches, or cheering on participants at organised challenge events. You will also engage with the public, organisations and community groups to raise awareness and support.

Skills and Attributes
You should be enthusiastic, friendly and confident engaging with others. A positive attitude and willingness to get involved are important, along with the ability to represent the NSPCC in a professional and approachable way.

Benefits to You
This role offers the opportunity to develop personal skills, build confidence and raise your profile within your community. You will be part of a supportive volunteer fundraising team while contributing to an important cause.

Training and Support
You will be supported as part of the NSPCC’s Volunteer Community Fundraising Teams, with guidance available to help you carry out your role effectively.

Commitment
This is a flexible role with no regular time commitment. You can volunteer as and when suits you, typically committing a couple of hours per month, with the option to do more if you wish.
