We are recruiting Volunteer Family Support Workers to assist our Family Services team in supporting families who are most vulnerable in our community.

Purpose of the Role
As a Volunteer Family Support Worker, you will support Alice Charity staff in delivering family support services. You will be guided and supported by an Alice team member while carrying out your role.
Alice Charity works with compassion and kindness at all times, and confidentiality is paramount in everything we do.
General Duties
Providing practical and emotional support within the family home
Liaising with external agencies to gather information about families
Writing up home visit notes
Updating spreadsheets and other documentation
Signposting families to relevant services and agencies
Making phone calls and sending emails or letters as required
