About Changes Health & Wellbeing
Changes Health & Wellbeing provides mental health support services for children, young people, and adults across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire, including:

  • Newcastle-under-Lyme

  • Staffordshire Moorlands

  • Stafford

  • South Staffordshire

  • Cannock Chase

  • Rugeley

Role Purpose
The Volunteer Social Inclusion Activities Coordinator supports the planning, promotion, and delivery of inclusive social activities that help reduce isolation and improve wellbeing among Changes members.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Planning and developing a range of social inclusion activities

  • Drafting a bi-monthly social activities calendar and promoting it throughout the Changes membership

  • Organising and supporting the delivery of activities and events

  • Ensuring all relevant monitoring and evaluation documents are completed accurately

  • Ensuring that no individual is discriminated against on the grounds of age, gender, sexuality, race, disability, religion, or any other characteristic

  • Ensuring equal opportunities are fully implemented at all times

  • Attending regular supervision with the Volunteer Support Worker

  • Ensuring health and safety requirements are met at all times

  • Reporting any incidents or concerns promptly and appropriately to the Volunteer Support Worker

This role offers the opportunity to play an active part in improving social inclusion and wellbeing within the local community.

You will be required to have a DBS check which will be submitted by ourselves and you will be reimbursed with vehicle travel expenses.
