This summer, VAST is inviting VCSEs in and around Stoke-on-Trent to contribute their insights on the current challenges and opportunities that impact on work in the city.

The results from your responses will be published in the 2025 State of the Sector report, reflecting similar documents published by VAST’s many counterparts regionally and across the UK.

We want to enable like-for-like comparisons, and to give voluntary sector organisations, stakeholders, partners, funders, and decision makers improved tools to form an informed picture of where our sector stands in a wider context.

We also want to make sure that the finished report is as helpful as possible to a full range of stakeholders. For this reason, and in addition to your survey responses, we continue to welcome all and any feedback about the ways in which the resulting data might be useful to you. This will help shape case studies and the presentation of the finished report.
