Letter from DCMS to Civil Society Organisations

In response the the violence we’ve seen across the country and on our own doorstep in Stoke-on-Trent, national membership body for Local Infrastructure Organisations (LIOs), NAVCA has been talking to government, including a roundtable with No. 10 officials.

NAVCA CRO Maddy Desforges has recently shared a letter from Lisa Nandy, Secretary of State for the Department of Culture, Media and Sport.

It is important recognition of the vital work LIOs are doing at a local level with communities.

NAVCA will continue to amplify that work, and look for government support during this challenging time.
