Health and social care partners across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent are engaging with the public to shape the future of local priorities.
The focus of the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) strategy is how health and social care could work better together and we want your views on how that could look over the next five years and beyond.
The five key areas that the strategy will be built on are:
- Prevention,
- People and Communities,
- Personalised Care,
- Personal Responsibility, and
- Productivity.
To shape the strategy and hear the views of local people, the partnership is looking for opportunities to engage with existing groups either face to face on through on-line meetings.
