Have your say on our draft Housing Customer Engagement Strategy

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is currently updating the Housing Customer Engagement Strategy to ensure that it continues to support local residents to actively engage with the council. 

Customer engagement is about involving tenants and leaseholders – City Council customers –  in the planning, delivery and review of housing services.

It gives customers the opportunity to share their views, influence decisions, and work in partnership with the council to improve services and outcomes for their communities.

To help shape the strategy, you can complete this new survey and share your views on its key messages which include:

  • Strengthening communication with customers.
  • Empowering customers to influence services, and
  • Promoting a sense of civic pride within our communities.
