Building on the success of last year’s event, Stoke Parent Carers Champions for Change is excited to be hosting another Together We Thrive event to celebrate and showcase the support for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) families across Stoke-on-Trent.

The event will take place on Thursday 7^th November, 10:00am – 4:30pm at The Bridge Centre (Birches Head Road, Abbey Hulton ST2 8DD).

Parent carers, professionals and anyone with an interest in SEND is invited to drop in throughout the day to have an opportunity to chat to local organisations, listen to talks and information sessions, engage in a range of workshops or enjoy a range of performances.
