The Potters’ Patch – Grand Opening
Friday 26th June | 1:00pm-5:00pm | Bucknall New Road (next to St. Ann Street, opposite Hanley St. Luke’s)
The Potters’ Patch is a new community garden project being delivered by Groundwork West Midlands, in partnership with Stoke-on-Trent City Council, transforming an unused space on Bucknall New Road into a vibrant green hub for everyone
Opening on 26 June, the site will bring new life to the area with:
- Pollinator-friendly planting
- Fruit trees and edible growing spaces
- Wildlife-friendly habitats
- Spaces to relax, learn, volunteer and connect
This project is about more than creating a garden — it’s about strengthening community connections, supporting wellbeing, and creating opportunities for people to come together, learn new skills, and enjoy nature right on their doorstep
