Exploring EEDI – What it Means For Your Organisation | Training

Following VAST’s “Introduction to Equality, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion” training, this advanced session is designed for VCSE organisations in Stoke-on-Trent looking to start embedding EEDI principles into everyday practice.

We will cover:

• How to assess your organisation’s current approach to EEDI and identify any gaps.
• Practical strategies for creating an inclusive internal culture – from recruitment and retention, to staff and volunteer engagement.
• Ways to ensure your services and activities are equitable and accessible for all.
• Developing policies and procedures that reflect your commitment to EEDI.
• Engaging with lived experience communities to develop a thorough understanding of how to support them.
• Tools for measuring progress and demonstrating impact.

We will incorporate learning from our lived experience partners, and communities from across the city.
