City Alliance Market Engagement Follow-on Session: VCSE Wellbeing Pathways

In November 2025, VAST worked with Stoke-on-Trent City Council and other Health partners to seek the early-stage input of City Alliance supporters and the wider VCSE sector about refining local services intended to benefit older people in the city, as well as anyone 18+ who may be at risk of hospital admissions and / or require community support to remain well at home.

Following on from the principles highlighted in previous VCSE City Alliance sessions, we had wanted to work with the VCSE sector at the earliest possible stage, to better understand what might be possible by developing important services through timely engagement and coproduction.

This fresh session is VCSE organisations’ latest chance to continue to shape and sense-check this work as the outline for the new service takes shape. We’ll be joined by commissioning colleagues as they share their progress in designing around the early feedback of VCSE partners.

If you have any questions ahead of this session, please contact support@vast.org.uk

Please confirm your place at the session (maximum one per VCSE organisation) by booking in advance.

The VCSE City Alliance is a set of working principles adopted by the sector and the local authority, to guide our work together, and also supports the aims of the Civil Society Covenant nationally.
