We believe all children deserve to have a safe and happy childhood and to grow up free from crisis.

The Ukraine conflict is very distressing to see. Our thoughts are with all those affected and those whose family and friends are impacted. Our work at Action For Children includes ensuring children in the UK have a safe, loving home and the resilience to overcome difficulties with mental health.

Currently through our Parent Talk helpline we are supporting children and parents with anxiety they are facing.

Our experienced parenting coaches have put together an advice article to help parents have difficult conversations and confront feelings that are being brought up during distressing world events.
