Connecting People and Communities Grants
This funding is available to help small community groups and local charities with activities, outings, equipment and materials for members/service users.
Barchester encourages applications from community health professionals, community groups and registered charities that work in their local communities to combat isolation and loneliness and enable older people and adults with disabilities to be active and engaged.
Before starting the application, make sure to have a cost breakdown/budget and your latest annual accounts ready to upload.
