Posted on behalf of Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care System:
Clinical and care professional leadership is crucial to delivering the improvements in care and population health that we need as we build the integrated care system across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. NHS England engaged with more than 2,000 clinical and care professionals last year to understand what was and wasn’t working with traditional approaches and to agree what effective clinical and care leadership across an Integrated Care System (ICS) should look like.
We are running a workshop which will be facilitated by NHS England’s National Clinical Advisor and National Care Advisor. Bringing stakeholders across the system, the aim of the workshop will be to:
- Understand what Clinical and Care Professional Leadership (CCPL) is and why it is important
- Understand and engage with the vision set out in our local framework
- Map what exists already that aligns with the vision
- Identify priority actions to progress CCPL locally.
The workshop will bring stakeholders together to galvanise energy, develop vision and commitment and plan next steps to progress complex change programmes across systems.
The workshop is taking place on Wednesday 1st March 2023 from 12pm until 3pm.
To register your interest in attending this workshop, please complete this short online form by Wednesday 22nd February 2023. An agenda and more information will follow shortly.
