Together Active wants to hear about your experiences of movement. What makes it easier or harder for you to move? What would help?
Your answers will help Together Active work with local organisations to make movement easier to access and help everyone feel welcome.
Whether you move a lot, a little or hardly at all, they want to hear from you!
This survey is for women, including trans women and anyone who identifies as a woman, aged 16 – 34 and living in Staffordshire or Stoke-on-Trent.
There are no right or wrong answers. Share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. You can skip any question.
