Essential Healthcare Resources developed by and for Romany Gypsy, Roma, or Traveller communities.
Friends, Families and Travellers has brought together a range of essential healthcare resources, aimed at healthcare professionals who engage with Romany Gypsy, Roma, or Traveller communities.
The resources have been co-developed with community members, and where appropriate, in partnership with specialist organisations, to ensure they are practical, culturally informed, and accessible. They are designed to support both healthcare professionals and individuals or families from Romany Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities.
The resources come in a range of formats, including videos, leaflets, posters and handy information cards and cover a range of health matters, including:
- Accessing NHS Services
- Cancer
- Improving Hepatitis Services
- Maternal Health
- Infant Feeding
- Sexual Health
- Vaccination: HPV
- Vaccination: Maternity, Childhood, Whooping Cough and Measles.
