Bridging Leadership and Care: “What Healthcare Professionals Should Know About Trustees”

Join us for a special series of online information sessions, designed to help healthcare professionals explore the rewarding world of becoming a charity trustee. Being a trustee is a flexible and impactful way to give back, allowing you to use your professional knowledge, skills, and experience to support local voluntary and community organisations.

What to Expect:

  1. A clear introduction to what trustees do and why they matter
  2. Information on current trustee vacancies in Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent
  3. Insights from local trustees sharing their experiences

Why Attend:
We understand that time can be a barrier for NHS and healthcare workers who want to volunteer. These short, engaging sessions make it easy to learn how you can get involved, no long-term commitment required to attend.

We will be running these sessions throughout the year – so book your space on this session, or see our calendar here for other upcoming sessions.

For the comfort and privacy of all participants, we will not allow the use of AI notetakers in our meetings, networks and forums, and training sessions.

We are conscious however, that there are some who use AI notetakers for accessibility purposes. If this is how you use AI notetakers, please call 01782 683030 or email events@vast.org.uk to discuss your accessibility requirements. We will always exhaust all other options before allowing AI to transcribe our meetings, networks, or training.
