Totally Stoked is Stoke-on-Trent’s answer to developing the local Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector in the most sustainable way.

We believe everyone has something to give, and by sharing our resources we can add value to the incredible work and activity already under way in our local communities, strengthening and enabling local organisations and community groups; building stronger communities together.

Totally Stoked is a project of VAST and encourages people and organisations to share their time, skills, experience, and knowhow, as well as equipment and resources, all to support the incredible VCSE organisations working on the ground in communities across the city and the surrounding areas.

Totally Stoked also provides a link to support for our extensive VCSE sector, to empower them to deliver their services in the best possible way, and to ensure vital services are there for the communities that need them.

Through Totally Stoked you can offer support to the sector, request support from others, you can donate to the ‘We Love Stoke’ fund, or offer to donate your time through volunteering.

Totally Stoked support for voluntary sector organisations is delivered through VAST's capacity building services. From that first spark of an idea to help your community to evaluating large-scale funded projects, our tailored support from our team of highly experienced project officers will help equip you with the knowledge, skills, resources, and guidance you need to develop and run an effective and impactful organisation to help people in your community.

By sharing your knowledge, time or skills you can really make a difference. Your donation will support VCSE organisations whose work directly benefits people in Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas. Let us know how you can help and a member of our team will get in touch.

Offer your support

We are proud to have partnered with Staffordshire Community Foundation to support the We Love Stoke Fund, a local fund that provides small grants to a wide range of projects based across the city of Stoke-on-Trent.

Donating your time can come in many forms, whether that's an established volunteering placement, ad-hoc volunteering, or even micro-volunteering - doing what you can whenever you find the time. You could be a Trustee of a VCSE group, or even finding a Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) opportunity for you and your business or colleagues. It doesn't matter how and when you want to give your time to a worthwhile cause, we'll help you find the best opportunity for you.
