An online survey has been launched by the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent CCGs to try and find out what NHS wheelchair users (and their family and carers) across Staffordshire find is good, bad and what could be done better.

Programme Clinical Lead, Dr Mona Arora, of Moss Green Surgery in Stoke-on-Trent said: “Wherever we provide a service we need to hear feedback from users so we can make improvements where necessary. The wheelchair service is currently provided by Opcare who are specialists in mobility services.

“We want to hear about wheelchair services for both adults and children across the whole of Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.”

The engagement is also eager to gain views from voluntary sector organisations representing wheelchair users throughout the area.

Your support of this engagement activity would be hugely appreciated and would ultimately enable the survey to reach the right people, and enabling them to have their say. All comments and feedback gathered between now and the closure date will help to shape the future service provision.

Please note that all feedback is completely confidential and the online survey is available until midnight on Friday 27 November 2020.
