Join Us as a Volunteer Organiser!Want to play a key role in driving our campaigns and supporting volunteers in your area? We're looking for Organisers who enjoy getting stuck in, coordinating activities, and helping others take action.As an Organiser, you'll receive a list of tasks every time we launch or refocus a campaign. Tasks may include things like holding a stall, writing to an MP, or finding new locations for our leaflets. You simply choose what you'd like to take on.You'll be the main contact for volunteer Advocates in your area. This means encouraging them to complete tasks, helping them get involved, and collecting their updates. You'll also coordinate local activities, such as identifying events where we could run stalls, and inviting other volunteers to join in.When new Advocates apply, we'll let you know so you can welcome them, offer a friendly hello, and help them get started with local activities.If you've never coordinated others before — don't worry! We'll provide guidance and ongoing support. All you need is a friendly attitude and a willingness to get involved.Organisers also hold the local group's physical resources. We'll send you materials like leaflets, tablecloths, and t‑shirts, and stay in regular contact to make sure you have everything you need. You'll help ensure that when we're represented in public, our branding and messaging stay consistent.If this sounds like your kind of role, we'd love to have you on board!
