About the Role
Headway North Staffordshire is looking for volunteers to join its fundraising team, supporting adults living with acquired brain injuries and their carers. Funds raised help provide activities and therapies at the centre, including adapted gyms, teaching kitchens, woodwork shops, and therapy rooms.
What You'll Do
As a volunteer, you will work alongside the Community Fundraiser to organise and support a range of fundraising activities. This includes helping with collections, attending community fairs, and supporting events such as music nights. Your role will help ensure fundraising activities run smoothly and contribute to the ongoing work of the organisation.
Skills and Attributes
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting the disabled community, organised and reliable in their approach, comfortable using IT, and confident engaging with others.
