If so, we are looking for volunteers to support our Visitor Experience Assistant (VEA) on our Visitor Information Desk at Middleport Pottery. Location: Middleport Pottery, Middleport, Stoke-on-Trent. Hours: Half days and full days available,. We are open 10am -4pm Roles and Responsbilities: The role would include interacting with visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner, explaining what the site has to offer, answer visitors' questions, and answer the telephone.Full training will be given by the VEA on using the till and the telephone.Further training will be provided on the heritage areas and the processes on the factory. You will be required to have a DBS check which will be paid for by ourselves.Travel expenses can be claimed.
