About the Role
ECS / Healthwatch is looking for Online Feedback Collector Volunteers to help gather insights about people’s experiences of health and social care services. This role focuses on identifying and collecting feedback shared online to support service improvement and awareness.

What You'll Do
You will search for feedback across social media and other online platforms using a range of sources. This includes identifying relevant comments, updating staff with findings and supporting data entry tasks. You will play a key role in helping ensure public experiences are captured and shared appropriately.

Skills and Attributes
You should have an understanding of different online platforms and how they are used. The ability to work as part of a team, communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality is important. You should be able to use your own initiative and have basic experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word. Access to the internet and email is required.

Benefits to You
This role offers the opportunity to build confidence and develop new skills in areas such as PR, marketing and social media. You will gain experience working alongside health and social care organisations, receive free training and a reference for your CV.

Training and Support
Full induction and training will be provided, along with ongoing support from staff. There may also be opportunities to get involved in additional activities.

Commitment
The role is ongoing and flexible, with activities carried out either from home or in an office if arranged. Time commitment can be agreed to fit around your other commitments.
