About the Role
We are looking for a volunteer to help list furniture items for sale online, supporting our efforts to raise funds for community work. This role focuses on promoting items through platforms such as Gumtree and Shpock, helping ensure items are presented clearly and attractively to potential buyers.
What You'll Do
You will take photographs of furniture items and upload them to online sales platforms, writing clear descriptions and setting appropriate prices. You will respond to enquiries from potential buyers in a polite and professional way and work with other volunteers and staff to manage items that have been sold.
Skills and Attributes
You should have basic IT skills and confidence using online selling platforms such as Gumtree and Shpock. The ability to take clear photos, communicate effectively with customers and stay organised is important. A friendly and professional approach is essential when responding to messages and working as part of a team.

Training and Support

Commitment
