Talking about Tomorrow – transitions to adulthood
March 5, 2020 4:55 pmThe transition from childhood to adulthood can be difficult, but it can be a smooth one with the help of parents and carers.
The “Talking about Tomorrow” survey will collate the thoughts and experiences of parents and carers of young disabled people aged 14 and over to get a clearer picture of the things that matter and the needs of young people with disabilities and SEN.
The survey results will help with the development of resources for parents, carers and practitioners to assist the young person they care for to begin their adult life and to improve the experience for the whole family during this very important time.
