Contract details: To support the delivery of the strategic outcomes for Stoke-on-Trent City Council and ambition of the new Learning Disability Strategy, provision is required for adults with a learning disability (LD), autism or both, aged 18 years and over who require support to maintain their ability to live independently in the community
