Consultation – Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy

The Stoke-on-Trent Joint Health and Wellbeing Board are developing the Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2020-24 and want you to have your say on the priorities for the coming years.

The strategy will determine the actions local authorities, the local NHS and other partners need to take to meet health and social care needs, and to address the wider determinants that impact on health and wellbeing, such as housing, transport, environment and the economy.

The Board has identified ten priorities. Each is summarised as a ‘priority on a page’ outlining why it has been identified and providing examples of suitable outcomes and measures.

You can read the ‘priorities on a page’ document and take part in the online survey. Please let us have your views by midnight on Thursday 12 November.
