A report of findings from the local Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) has now been published after compiling the views and experiences of residents and professionals in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
The Together We’re Better #TWByourvoicecounts campaign ran throughout summer 2019 and included a series of listening exercises, workshops and a consultation survey to gather the feedback of patients and public, health sector workforce and other stakeholders across the county to help to improve and shape new health and care services in the area.
The wealth of information received throughout the campaign was exceptionally useful and highlighted what both the public and workforce felt was working well within the local healthcare system and which services they felt require improvement(s).
This feedback will now be used by clinicians and staff to develop proposals that will help to improve and develop current and future local health and care services. To help with these proposals, more workshops will be announced for the coming months so that the public can have their say on the services they will be using.
