Adult Community Mental Health Fund

The Community Mental Health Framework for Adults and Older Adults (CMHF) model means that NHS community mental health services will be developed with community organisation working together in a seamless way, with people who use services at the centre of service provision and much more involved in their own care and support.

Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust and The Community Foundation for Staffordshire are working in partnership to deliver a grant programme for the VCSE sector in the delivery of innovative, impactful and co-produced projects, which actively aims to support those with severe mental illness’ (SMI).

Round 02 of the programme will open in January 2023 and there will be a focus Young Adults (those aged 16-25) and we are looking to work with organisations with significant experience of working with young adults (16-25) with Severe Mental illness.

Grants available from £1000 to £20,000 to be delivered over 12 months.
