Hybrid meeting – face to face, and online via Microsoft Teams.\n \n\n \nThe VCSE Healthy Communities Alliance is a recognised partnership between voluntary sector representatives and the Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care System (ICS), that enables the voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) sector to be involved in the local health and care system.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMembers come together at a number of forums to engage with and consult each other on health and care services and initiatives on an ongoing basis.\nAlliance members are made up of representatives from relevant boards and groups—that cover the seven portfolios of health as defined by the ICS in their five-year plan.\n\nThese forum meetings are open to anyone who has signed-up to the Healthy Communities Alliance and the North and SOT Forum.
