DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe Volunteer Managers Network gives people working with volunteers in and around Stoke-on Trent an opportunity to share ideas, network, and provide mutual support.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVAST is dedicated to supporting volunteering in our city and we facilitate this network with the support of local partners, to ensure that volunteering is safe, accessible, fulfilling, and inclusive for all.\n‘Volunteer Managers’ are often the only person in their organisation that’s responsible for volunteers but that’s what this network is for.\n\n\n\n\nIf you’re a volunteer manager or coordinator, this network will help you meet people in a similar role. It doesn’t matter what kind of organisation you’re from, whether you’re with a charity, community group, or a statutory organisation.\nBy including anyone whose role is to manage, coordinate, or support volunteers, we can help improve cross-sector collaboration and volunteering work across Stoke-on-Trent.\nYou don’t have to be a ‘Volunteer Manager’ to join our network either.
